Policies

By making your reservation at The Barn B&B Walla Walla, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agree to comply with our lodging policies. We appreciate your cooperation.

Our policies are subject to change without notice. In the event of any conflict, the policies listed here on our website shall be deemed the most current and in effect.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small, family-run country inn in a rural Washington town and require more time to recover lost income. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Up to 14 days before arrival, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. You may move your dates to new dates within 12 months from your original arrival date with no cancellation fee. Note that you will need to pay any difference in rate for your new dates.

Within 14 days from check-in, if you want to cancel your reservation, no refund is possible for any reason after this time. You may move your dates to new dates within 12 months from your original arrival date with no cancellation fee or request a gift certificate with a validity of 12 months. Note that you will need to pay any difference in rate for your new reservation dates.

72 hours before arrival, we cannot move your reservation dates nor provide a gift certificate for any reason.

Note: Group reservations of 5 rooms or more are not refundable at any time, and the dates are not moveable for any reason.

Rates

Our rates vary based on date, occupancy, length of stay, and other factors. No rate or room can be held without a confirmed, paid reservation. Promotions, discount offers, and specials do not apply to already booked reservations.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. If you expect to check in later than 5 pm, please let us know.

Check-out time is 10 am. We apply a $50 late check-out charge for every 2 hours after 10:30 am.

Children

Persons aged 16 and older may stay with us. We are in a very peaceful, bucolic setting. Our guests come to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for property damage and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness, misuse of the property, or failure to adhere to these policies. The credit card on file will be charged for any excessive damage beyond usual wear and tear. The minimum damage charge is $250.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master, Visa) and cash. If paying by personal check, checks must be received by The Barn B&B Walla Walla 30 days prior to arrival.

Pets

In consideration of guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pet policy.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking, vaping or lighting candles is not permitted inside any of our guest suites, on your front patio, in the pool and spa area, or any other common guest area. Walla Walla is a very dry area. The risk of fire is high. If we find that any of the above has taken place in our suites, you will be charged a $250 clean-up fee.

Suites

Our Suites accommodate a maximum of 2 adults only. All suites offer a King Bed or Twin Extra Long Beds.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub

Swimming is at the sole risk of the guest. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time, and diving is prohibited. Glassware is not permitted within the pool fenced area. No food or drink may be taken into the pool or hot tub. The pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm from May to October (weather permitting).

The Pond

The Pond feeds the fire prevention sprinkler system and is used for irrigation. Do not enter the pond at any time. The pond is deep, and the sides are slippery.

Liability Waiver

Neither the property owners nor managers nor staff are responsible for any personal injury, property damage, and/or theft. By staying at the property, guests agree to hold the property owners and staff harmless in the case of any injury, death, or damage, including infectious diseases.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in a manner to which you have not consented. We will not sell, rent or loan the identities or any other personal and identifiable information of our guests. By making a reservation, you are opting-in to receive important information about your stay via text message

Email

We value your privacy. By submitting your email address to us, you are agreeing to receive marketing emails from us. We will not share your email information with anyone else.

Personal Information / Transaction Data Collection

We collect information in order to complete your transaction and provide lodging and other services to you. This information is required by law and/or third parties. We do not share this information with any third party unless it is necessary to provide the services to you. We do not sell or rent your information.
