The Granary is The Barn Walla Walla’s largest and most distinctive private suite—a one-of-a-kind retreat built within a beautifully converted grain silo.
Part of an intimate seven-suite boutique hotel set across ten acres in Walla Walla wine country, The Granary pairs an unforgettable setting with a spacious interior and thoughtful design. Its curved walls and soaring ceiling reflect its original life as a grain silo, while original artwork and a distinctive color palette give the suite its own personality.
A King bed can be configured as two Twins with advance notice. A special raised seating area within the suite offers a unique vantage point for relaxing and taking in views across the property.
The spacious en-suite bathroom opens directly to The Granary’s larger private Zen garden, where your own private hot-water outdoor shower creates a memorable open-air experience.
Thoughtful in-room comforts include a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle and tea selection, unlimited complimentary bottled water, wine fridge tucked inside a wine barrel, Roku-enabled TV, robes and slippers, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
Beyond your private retreat, enjoy The Barn’s shared seasonal heated pool and hot tub, covered veranda, courtyard, fire pit, Pushpa’s Pond and landscaped grounds.
Julian’s Hall—the heart of The Barn—is a welcoming shared space for morning coffee, reading or games, or an evening glass of wine by the fireplace.

The Barn is set across ten peaceful acres in Walla Walla wine country, surrounded by open landscapes and views toward the Blue Mountains.
Downtown Walla Walla’s tasting rooms, restaurants, boutiques and galleries are a short drive away, with wineries and tasting rooms throughout the valley easily accessible from the property.
It’s a peaceful place to unwind while remaining close to the food, wine and experiences that make Walla Walla such a special destination.
Getting around
A vehicle is recommended for exploring Walla Walla and the surrounding wine country. Complimentary onsite parking and Level 2 EV charging are provided.
Local wine-tour companies, taxis and rideshare services are also available for guests who prefer not to drive while wine tasting.
