A wine-country weekend is really about slowing down, and the room you return to at the end of the day either helps you do that or gets in the way. When we built The Barn from the ground up, we designed the suites to be part of the trip — not just a place to crash between tastings.
Room to actually exhale
Each suite is more than 630 square feet — about 435 indoors plus a 205-square-foot private Zen garden — with its own private entrance. Nothing is shared, nothing feels borrowed. After a full day out, that space is the difference between recovering and just resting your feet.
Your own garden
Every suite opens onto a walled Zen garden with an outdoor hot-water shower (May–October). Morning coffee outside, in your own quiet corner, is the kind of small ritual a hotel hallway can never offer.
Designed for rest
Inside, a custom adjustable bed dials in to your comfort, an en-suite walk-in rain shower comes with an in-room wine fridge that keeps the day's tasting finds cool. Original art hangs in every suite — no two are quite the same.
Grown-up quiet
As an adults-only inn, the whole property runs at a calmer register. Julian's Hall stays open around the clock, the heated pool and hot tub are yours to use (May–October), and free EV charging and parking mean the logistics disappear.
